Small Business to Large Projects

From local storefronts to schools, hotels, restaurants and contractor-led projects.

Why Arizona Businesses Use Commercial Window Film

Large expanses of commercial glass can create significant heat and glare issues in Arizona. Offices can become uncomfortable, employees may fight reflections on computer screens, storefronts can absorb intense afternoon sun, and cooling systems have to work harder to maintain comfortable interior temperatures.

Heat reduction is one of the most common reasons businesses contact us, but it isn’t the only one. Commercial window film can also help reduce UV exposure to furnishings, flooring, artwork, displays and other interior materials while addressing privacy, appearance and specialized glass requirements.

Because every building is different, we don’t try to quote commercial projects blindly. We evaluate the glass, exposure, access, project goals and installation conditions before recommending a film.

Window Film Solutions for Commercial Properties

Different buildings have different priorities. We offer commercial window film solutions for solar control, privacy, appearance, security and surface protection.

Heat & Glare Control

Reduce solar heat and harsh glare through sun-exposed glass to improve comfort for employees, customers and occupants.

UV & Interior Protection

Help reduce damaging UV exposure to flooring, furniture, merchandise, artwork, displays and other valuable interior materials.

Privacy Film

Create additional privacy for offices, conference rooms, treatment areas, workspaces and other areas where visibility needs to be controlled.

Decorative & Frosted Film

Add privacy, branding or architectural interest to glass using frosted, decorative and specialty films without permanently changing the glass.

Safety & Security Film

Safety and security films are designed to strengthen the glazing system and help hold broken glass together when it is damaged.

Anti-Graffiti & Opaque Films

Sacrificial anti-graffiti films can help protect glass surfaces from damage, while blackout and whiteout films can provide complete visual privacy where needed.

Retail & Restaurants

Solar control, privacy and decorative films for storefronts, shops, restaurants and customer-facing spaces.

Schools & Institutional Buildings

Window film solutions for classrooms, offices, common areas and other large glazed spaces.

Hotels & Larger Commercial Projects

Film installation for hospitality properties, larger facilities and projects performed alongside general contractors and other trades.

We’ve completed work for local schools, independently owned businesses much like our own, restaurants, hotels and larger national brands. We also work as a subcontractor when window film is part of a larger construction or renovation project.

Licensed for Commercial Window Film Installation

Commercial window film installation requires a contractors license — it’s not simply a larger version of tinting a car. Aladdins is licensed for both residential and commercial architectural window film projects in Arizona, allowing us to work directly with property owners, businesses and contractors on projects of varying scope.

That matters when a project involves larger facilities, subcontract work, scheduling with other trades, access requirements or commercial project specifications. We understand that the installation itself is only one part of completing the job correctly.

Commercial Window Tinting FAQs

Can commercial window film really reduce heat inside a building?

Yes. Solar-control window films are designed to reduce the amount of solar energy entering through the glass. The amount of improvement depends on the film, glass type, exposure and building conditions, which is why we evaluate the property before recommending a product.

Will window film make the building look dark or mirrored?

Not necessarily. Commercial films are available in a wide range of appearances and light-transmission levels. We can show you samples and help balance solar performance with the appearance you want from both inside and outside.

Can window film help protect furniture, artwork and merchandise?

Window film can significantly reduce UV exposure and can also reduce other contributors to fading such as solar heat and visible light. It cannot eliminate fading entirely, but it can be an important part of protecting valuable interiors.

Do you install privacy and decorative film?

Yes. We install privacy, frosted, decorative, blackout, whiteout and other specialty films for offices, conference rooms, storefronts and commercial interiors.

Do you install safety and security window film?

Yes. We offer safety and security film systems designed to help strengthen glazing and retain broken glass. We’ll evaluate the application and recommend the appropriate system based on the project goals.

Can you work as a subcontractor on larger construction projects?

Yes. As a licensed commercial contractor, we can work directly with general contractors and other project stakeholders when architectural window film is part of a larger construction, renovation or tenant-improvement project.
